Glutathione (GSH), the master antioxidant, quickly neutralizes free-radicals and recycles other antioxidants like Vitamins C and E. It is also a powerful detoxifier and immune system booster. I take this with vitamin C, it is the grandmother of antioxidants and it is a booster for vitamin C. It is DEFINITELY a must if your immune system is on the the low end especially if you don't eat the correct food for your body to make it. It is a great bridge for starting a healthy lifestyle down the road and certainly a fast acting product as well. I had a sore throat one day and took the glutathione WITHOUT the vitamin C (because I ran out) before I went to bed and the next morning it was gone. I would definitely recommend buying THIS brand based on how fast it is.
