Phone Orders
To place an order by phone, please call our toll-free number: 1-800-447-7276. Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day after the order is received. Please note that credit card billing will indicate a payment to "Riordan Clinic" for all orders placed with the nutrient store.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in the Continental US typically takes 3-5 days from order receipt. All orders are charged a flat fee of $7.00 per package. You can save by buying multiple items and only paying one shipping charge! If you are local to the Wichita office, you can choose "Pick up in store" to save the shipping fee. This is, unfortunately, not available in our Overland Park office. If you are wanting to pick up at those locations you may call and place your orders over the phone.
International Customers: Shipping charges for International orders are estimations and subject to change based on product weight and packaging. We reserve the right to update your order to reflect the actual shipping charges to your country.
All duties, taxes & other national fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please, check with your local agencies to determine whether any local taxes or duties are in effect for your shipping address before ordering. We are not able to determine and apply these charges at time of purchase.

Return Policy
Vitamins/Supplements can not be returned unless the product is defective. We believe that every person who purchases our products deserves the freshest, safest products possible. Because of this, once the product leaves the building we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!
Manufacturer Restrictions
Some manufacturer policies prohibit the selling of their products online. These manufacturers include: Klaire Labs, Standard Process/Medi Herb, Seroyal, Karuna Corporation, Xymogen, and Apex Energetics. To purchase products from these manufacturers, please call 1-800-447-7276 to place your order for these products.

The Riordan Clinic nutrient store makes every effort to maintain up-to-date product information. However, product suppliers make product changes without prior notice. Thus product prices, labeling, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Occasionally product substitutions may be made due to product availability or vendor substitutions. For example: Caplets may be substituted for capsules. If substitutions present a problem or for greater product detail or clarification, please call our toll free at 1-800-447-7276.
