I take lots of Vitamin C and this is a good one to take through out the day, and doesn't bother my stomach.
Good stuff easy to take
This powder is an excellent addition to my morning smoothies. Also, it makes a nice healing paste to apply to problematic skin areas when needed. Check out the teachings of Dr Andrew Saul for more on the paste.
My first food consumption in the morning is a daily smoothie consisting of fruit, sprouts, yogurt, and various supplements. One of the key supplements I like to use is ascorbic acid powder from Riordan Clinic. I generally add 4-5 grams per smoothie.
