Melatonin is a powerful hormone secreted by the pineal gland located in the brain. Its secretion is stimulated by the dark and inhibited by light, and it aids in the regulation of the body's circadian rhythm, or sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin tells us when to fall asleep and helps us remain asleep and as we age, we make dramatically less melatonin. One spray has 0.5 mg of melatonin.

- Shake bottle, spray under tongue or on inside of cheek, hold for 20 seconds and swallow. If possible, take 20 - 30 minutes before bedtime. There are approximately 84 sprays per bottle.
