Vitamin B Complex
This is the best B Vitamin Complex. It is easy on the stomach and gives a great energy boost for those mid-afternoon slumps when taken right after lunch. I will not use any other brand.

I must say it's the best formulation of B complex I have purchased over my 20 plus years of taking vitamins and minerals and I will continue to purchase this product from here as long as they keep up their high standards using only the the best forms of the B vitamins, in the past Most B complexes I have purchased were usually in the wrong non absorbable form or quantity , what I love about this product is it is has both for optimal absorption and benefits,
