I had osteoarthritis of both knees and they were sore and swollen most of the time. Within a couple of weeks of starting this product, my knees began to hurt less and the swelling decreased. Within a month I was able to start hiking and biking again. I now take this regularly. I only take 4 capsules a day--rather than the 5 suggested on the bottle--but this is adequate to keep me functioning. I now have a subscription and get this regularly so that I never run out. My mobility is very important to me!
