What is a subscription service?
Subscribe & Save is a subscription service that will allow you to set up auto-shipments of the products you use the most and deliver straight to your door on a schedule (every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days). No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
First, you will need to set up an account through the online store to manage your orders and subscriptions. Once signed in to your account, you can navigate to the products you need and select the "Subscribe & Save 5%" option. Next, use the drop-down box to select how often you would like your product delivered, every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Once selected, click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout or continue shopping. Note: You can also add one-time purchase items to the Cart. Upon completing checkout, the subscription service will be active.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
If you have an active subscription order, each subsequent order will be processed in the frequency you selected at checkout, every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Managing your subscription will allow you to update the frequency of your order, cancel your subscription, add to a current subscription, or even skip an order.
To manage your subscription, sign in to your account. Once signed in, click the "Manage Subscription" button to take you to the subscription page. On the subscription page, you will see your Delivery Schedule. You can skip a scheduled delivery or change the subscription schedule date. Editing the subscription allows you to change the date you receive your order and the number of days before each delivery. In addition, you can have your order shipped immediately, add a new subscription product, or add a one-time purchase product.
How can I change my shipping address or billing information?
First, sign in to your account. Then, click on "Manage Subscription." You will have the option to edit your Shipping address and Billing information on the subscription page.
What if one of the products I have ordered is out of stock at the time of shipment?
If your subscription product is out of stock at the time of your subscription shipment, the product will be shipped once the item is back in stock. However, if the product is out of stock for longer than a day or two, we will reach out to you, and you will have the choice to wait for the item to go back in stock or cancel the order.
How will I know if my order has been processed and shipped?
You will receive an email reminding you of your upcoming subscription order, and once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email from donotreply@riordanclinic.org.
