Paradoxical effect
I'm sure for some this is an excellent product. I started taking it to address anxiety and what I found was it seemed to exacerbate the anxiety I was already feeling. I must preface this by saying that I am ultra sensitive and while this wasn't for me, it may greatly benefit someone else.
