- Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Tear open the foil pouch at the notched edge. Snap off one single-use dose. Twist to open. Put 1 to 2 drops, or more if necessary, in affected eye(s). Repeat 2 to 6 times a day, as needed, or as directed
